How can I buy your products?

There are a number of ways.

1) You can order online using our secure shopping cart system. The part of the shopping cart where credit card details are entered, is hosted on a secure server, similar to the ones used by Amazon and IBM. On this page you will be able to see a padlock indicating it's security.

On the early part of the hopping cart this padlock won't appear as it is not necessary. It only appears on the page where you enter credit card details.

2) You can order by phone. Just ring our order hotline and get through to a real person. If all of our lines are busy there is a special ordering answer machine on which you can leave a message. The next available operator will return your call.

How long will it take for the goods to arrive?

The goods are always sent by first class post within 48 hours of receiving the order.

So most goods will be delivered within a few days.

For international orders this will take a little longer. But these are still sent out quickly and by first class airmail.

This means that for almost everywhere on the planet, the goods will arrive within approximately 7 days.

Occasionally your computer may be set to refuse cookies. This means that the shopping cart won't work on your computer.

A cookie is simply a piece of information that tells us what you want to order. If you have cookies "turned-off" then you will have to alter your settings on your browser.
