Here is what Colin ate on this day:
Breakfast
3 scrambled egg whites and mixed fresh herbs to
taste.
A small bowl of porridge.
A glass of water.
Two capsules of slimming formula.

Mid-morning snack
A banana.
A cup of herbal tea.
A cup of herbal tea.
Lunch
A tuna salad consisting of a small tin of tuna,
lettuce, sprouts, tomatoes, spring onion and a few chopped up nuts and
raisins.
A glass of water.
Three superfood capsules.
Two capsules of slimming formula.
A glass of water.

Mid-afternoon snack
A glass of Lean
Protein Plus mixed with filtered water.
Evening meal (see picture above)
A portion of lean, very low fat Turkey mince,
gently fried in a little olive oil with a clove of garlic and half a small
onion until cooked.
A vegetable pasta sauce mix was added when the turkey had browned and the whole lot simmered for 10 minutes.
Wholemeal pasta shells cooked in boiling water, some fresh spinach leaves and a topping of cottage cheese.
A glass of filtered water.
