3 scrambled egg whites and mixed fresh herbs to
taste.

A tuna salad consisting of a small tin of tuna,
lettuce, sprouts, tomatoes, spring onion and a few chopped up nuts and
raisins.

Protein Plus mixed with filtered water.
A portion of lean, very low fat Turkey mince,
gently fried in a little olive oil with a clove of garlic and half a small
onion until cooked.
A vegetable pasta sauce mix was added when the turkey had browned and
the whole lot simmered for 10 minutes.
Wholemeal pasta shells cooked in boiling water, some fresh spinach leaves
and a topping of cottage cheese.
A glass of filtered water.
During the day I also drank a few other glasses of water.
