Here is what Colin ate on this day:
Breakfast
2 scrambled egg whites and mixed fresh herbs to taste.
A small slice of wholemeal bread with some cottage cheese.
A glass of 50% apple juice and 50% filtered water mixed with a heaped teaspoon of superfood.
Two capsules of slimming formula.

Mid-morning snack
An apple.
Cup of herbal tea.

Lunch
A tin of low fat sardines in tomato sauce, mixed
salad of spinach leaves, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and a whole grated
carrot and a few sprouted beans.
Tall glass of filtered water.
Two capsules of slimming formula.

Mid-afternoon snack
A tall glass of Lean
Protein Plus mixed with filtered water.
Evening meal (see picture above)
A chicken breast chopped and cooked until browned.
A low fat ready made organic curry sauce mix.
A grilled vegetable burger with no breadcrumbs.
Some spinach leaves and a grated carrot and chopped tomato.
A cup of normal tea with a little rice milk.
