Here is what Colin ate on this day:
Breakfast
A small bowl of muesli and rice milk.
A glass of 50% apple juice and 50% filtered water mixed with a heaped teaspoon of superfood.
Two capsules of slimming formula.

Banana.
Cup of herbal tea.

Lunch
A salad consisting of spinach leaves, tomatoes,
spring onion, some spouted seeds and beans, chopped up cucumber some chopped
up marinated tofu chumks and some grated low fat cheese.
All topped with a heaped spoonful of superfood salad paste (click here).
Tall glass of filtered water.
Two capsules of slimming formula.

Mid-afternoon snack
