Eating in Restaurants whilst still on a diet
Day 13 - (19th July)
Here's a picture of this evening's meal (see below for the full day's food):
Breakfast
2 egg whites and one egg yolk mixed with a little
skimmed milk to make an omelette mix. This is gently cooked like an omelette
in the usual way, but then a topping of cottage cheese and chopped herbs
is added.
A cup of herb tea.
A glass of water.
Two capsules of slimming formula.
Mid-morning snack
A protein drink made from
Lean
Protein Plus, and half
water and half rice milk.
A glass of water.
Lunch
A mixed salad of green beans, tomatoes, spring
onion, lettuce and spinach leaves, topped with some low fat grated cheese
and avocado.
Tall glass of filtered water.
Two capsules of slimming formula.
Mid-afternoon snack
A small packet of mixed nuts and raisins.
A cup of herb tea.
Evening meal (see picture above)
An Indian restaurant meal, consisting of chicken
tikka, cauliflower, a vegetable curry, one popadom bread, and some steamed
courgettes.
A glass of water.
Late snack (if necessary)
none
Other
During the day I also drank a few other glasses of water.
Exercise - 35 minutes

A point I wish to stress is that by understanding the various food choices and the effects they will have on your body, you can easily modify meals and food choices so that you eat a sensible diet and lose weight."
Tip - "Try to eat smaller portions but more regularly spaced throughout the day. Some people have one big meal a day and wonder why their energy levels fluctuate so much."
