After more than two weeks eating quite healthy food I am now far more aware of what is healthy and what isn't. In the past I would sometimes be misled by fancy product marketing and labels in the supermarket. I would encourage you to look closely at the labels on your food choices to make sure you are not being "conned" by the food manufacturers."
Tip - "Many foods contain lots of hidden sugar. Look on the labels as too much sugar can send your blood sugar levels into a spin and make it difficult to lose weight."
