Have a good healthy breafast even when dieting
Day 17 - (23rd July)
Here's a picture of this evening's meal (see below for the full day's food):
Breakfast
3 scrambled egg whites and mixed fresh herbs.
A glass of 50% apple juice and 50% filtered water mixed with a heaped
teaspoon of
superfood.
Two capsules of slimming formula.
Mid-morning snack
An apple.
Cup of herbal tea.
Lunch
A prawn salad consisting of a tin of drained prawns,
on a bed of salad and spinach leaves, some small cherry tomatoes, some
chopped green beans, and half an avocado.
Tall glass of filtered water.
Two capsules of slimming formula.
Mid-afternoon snack
A tin of sardines in low fat tomato sauce.
A glass of filtered water.
Evening meal (see picture above)
A whole mackerel fillet, half a small steamed
marrow.
Some low sugar baked beans, some steamed cauliflower and a bowl of Mediterranean
style tomato soup.
A cup of herbal tea .
Late snack (if necessary)
none
Other
During the day I also drank a few other glasses of water.
Exercise - 20 minutes

Tip - "Fast food is obviously very convenient, but unfortunately it is rarely very healthy. Keep some protein powder of superfood at work with you in case you need a quick healthy boost."
