I realised that eating well is a good habit to generate. In the opposite way, eating badly becomes a bad habit and this makes it harder to break.
I have decided that when I next have something like that I am going to make sure it is a quality treat with real cream and not some artificial garbage. "
Tip - "Deliberately buy a quality "treat" for yourself once a week or so. Don't go overboard, but don't think you can't have a "treat" once in a while."
