Day 19 - (25th July)

Comments from Colin's diary:
"I didn't feel hungry at all today. I also recall whilst doing some shopping earlier today that there were some cakes in a shop window and I actually felt put off them. Probably because I have been eating quite healthily for a few weeks, the thought of eating a large sugary cream cake was actually a bit repulsive to me. It's funny how this has changed. The thought of eating all that junk made me feel a bit sick.
I have decided that when I next have something like that I am going to make sure it is a quality treat with real cream and not some artificial garbage. "

Tip - "Deliberately buy a quality "treat" for yourself once a week or so. Don't go overboard, but don't think you can't have a "treat" once in a while."

Here is what Colin ate on this day:
Breakfast
A glass of 50% apple juice and 50% filtered water mixed with a heaped teaspoon of superfood.
Two capsules of slimming formula.
Mid-morning snack
An apple and some plums.
Cup of herbal tea.
Lunch
A few organic beef sausages.
A poached egg, some stir-fried tomatoes and courgettes.
Some cottage cheese and a few sprouted seeds & beans.
A tall glass of filtered water.
Two capsules of slimming formula.
Mid-afternoon snack
A tall glass of Lean Protein Plus mixed with filtered water and rice milk.
Evening meal (see picture above)
A bowl of organic chicken soup.
Two slices of wholemeal toast with cottage cheese topping.
A little lettuce, spinach leaves and radish.
Late snack (if necessary)
none
Other
During the day I also drank a few other glasses of water.
Exercise - 20 minutes
