Don't follow a fad diet program
Day 21 - (27th July)
Here's a picture of this evening's meal (see below for the full day's food):
Breakfast
Two apples.
A glass of 50% apple juice and 50% filtered water mixed with a heaped
teaspoon of
superfood.
No capsules of slimming formula.
Mid-morning snack
A
Lean
Protein Plus drink.
A cup of herbal tea.
Lunch
A tin of sardines in a low fat curried sauce.
Steamed vegetables consisting of leeks, cauliflower, spinach, broccoli
and green beans with some cottage cheese topping.
Tall glass of filtered water.
No capsules of slimming formula.
Mid-afternoon snack
A tall glass of
Vegetarian
Diet Supplement with filtered water & a little pineapple juice.
Evening meal (see picture above)
A small bowl of chicken soup.
Some low fat turkey mince, gently cooked in some olive oil, with garlic,
ginger and a little cinnamon and then simmered for a further 10 minutes
in some pasta sauce mix.
Some stir fried vegetables including courgettes, tomatoes and fennel.
All topped off with a little cottage cheese.
A glass of water.
Late snack (if necessary)
none
Other
During the day I also drank a few other glasses of water.
Exercise - none
