2 scrambled egg whites and cottage cheese on two
small slices of wholemeal bread.

mixed with a heaped teaspoon of

A small tin of pilchards and a small tin of sardines.
Some steamed vegetables, including, courgettes, carrots, broccoli and
mushrooms, topped with a few teaspoons of
superfood salad paste (click here).

A home-made chicken curry, made from a chicken
breast, diced up and fried in a little olive oil with some garlic, herbs,
onions and tomato, then this was simmered in a curry sauce for 10 minutes.
Some stir fried vegetables including courgettes, carrots and green pepper.

During the day I also drank a few other glasses of water.

I have found that it has been very, very useful for me to take the protein and superfood drinks. They have enabled me to make sure I get all of the nutrition I need when working and I think have helped to reduce my cravings for certain foods. I believe that the program is right when it says that people often overeat when they don't get sufficient nutrition from the foods they have eaten."
