Eat the right foods at the right time
Day 24 - (30th July)
Here's a picture of this evening's meal (see below for the full day's food):
Breakfast
A fruit salad consisting of grapes, a banana and
an apple.
A glass of 50% apple juice and 50% filtered water mixed with a heaped
teaspoon of
superfood.
Two capsules of slimming formula.
Mid-morning snack
A boiled egg with a little bit of herbal salt.
Cup of herb tea.
Lunch
A few slices of lean ham and a crisp salad of
lettuce, cucumber, tomato, onion, avocado and a little bit of pickled
garlic.
Tall glass of filtered water.
Two capsules of slimming formula.
Mid-afternoon snack
A small slice of wholemeal bread with a little
cottage cheese.
A cup of herb tea.
Evening meal (see picture above)
A bowl of asparagus soup.
A tin of sardines in tomato sauce.
A few small tomatoes sliced up and the whole lot put onto a bed of fresh
spinach and lettuce leaves topped with some cottage cheese.
The whole salad was sprinkled with fresh finely chopped herbs.
A glass of apple juice.
Late snack (if necessary)
none
Other
During the day I also drank a few other glasses of water.
Exercise - 28 minutes
