Day 30 - (5th August)

Comments from Colin's diary:
"The final day of my first 30 days. I am very pleased with the results. I have lost 12 pounds of fat in 30 days and feel much better about myself. I am very happy with this as I have achieved it without starving myself. I simple followed the advice is the program. I also took some slimming supplements, Lean Protein Plus and Superfood as various times to help supply the proper nutrition.

This is important when you are losing weight, because it is vital that you don't lose muscle. You want to just get rid of fat. On many diets you will lose weight initially but a lot of it would be water and muscle loss, not just fat. This leads you to grow weaker and eventually the weight loss will stop and then come back on again. This is not the case with this program.
I feel so much better.

My body is more toned and some of my old clothes now fit much better. What a change. I am definitely going to continue a bit longer until I reach my ideal weight. I am very confident about the program and would highly recommend it. I would also like to say thank you for having been given the opportunity to do this program. Thanks. "

Tip - "Don't underestimate how much your body can change for the better. You simply have to do the right things and give it enough time. "

Here is what Colin ate on this day:
Breakfast
2 scrambled egg whites and mixed fresh herbs to taste.
Two small slices of wholemeal bread.
Two capsules of slimming formula.
Mid-morning snack
A glass of 50% apple juice and 50% filtered water mixed with a heaped teaspoon of superfood.
A cup of herbal tea.
Lunch
A tin of low fat pilchards in a spicy tomato sauce.
Some steamed vegetables, including, carrots, green beans, fennel, broccoli and asparagus.
A small amount of grated cheese to taste.
Tall glass of filtered water.
Two capsules of slimming formula.
Mid-afternoon snack
A glass of Lean Protein Plus mixed with filtered water.
Evening meal (see picture above)
A vegetable stir fry, consisting of green beans, slices of carrot, onion, courgette, green pepper and celery.
A small portion of wild and wholemeal rice.
A vegetarian burger and a little grated cheese to taste.
A cup of herb tea.
Late snack (if necessary)
none
Other
During the day I also drank a few other glasses of water.
Exercise - 40 minutes
