A bed of salad and baby spinach leaves.
Chopped up green beans.

the powder with just water.
A cup of herb tea.
Half a carton of Thai chicken soup.
Home made vegetable stew made up of the following ingredients:
1 fennel, 1 aubergine, 1 onion, 1 clove of garlic, 1 can of peeled tomatoes,
1 jar of vegetable sauce mix, 1 courgette, 6 chopped up mushrooms.
Gently simmered for approximately 30 minutes
(this makes enough for 2 people).
A portion of the cooked stew was poured over a bed of spinach leaves and
sprinkled with organic bean and seed sprouts.
Half a glass of apple juice.
During the day I also drank a few other glasses of water.
Exercise - 20 minutes
