Day 7 - (13th July)

Comments from Colin's diary:
"This is the seventh day of the program. Yaay, I've done the first week! I am glad to say that it was a lot easier than I thought. Surprisingly I didn't feel any hunger pangs. I have stuck to the program quite well. I am pleased and am looking forward to the rest of the program. I am surprised at how much I have learned and I am quite confident that it will be even easier as time goes by. I have lost over three pounds and I can honestly say that it was easier than I expected. I do feel a bit trimmer and a bit more toned. I hope the next week is as easy as the first."

Tip - "From everything that I have read both on this program and also other research in the course of my job, I am convinced that an organic diet and taking good quality supplements can definitely help you lose weight. Because there is a higher proportion of natural vitamins, minerals and quality protein in these foods, your body's cravings are more easily brought under control."

Here is what Colin ate on this day:
Breakfast
2 scrambled egg whites and mixed fresh herbs to taste.
A small slice of wholemeal bread.
A glass of 50% apple juice and 50% filtered water mixed with a heaped teaspoon of superfood.
No capsules of slimming formula.
Mid-morning snack
Very small bowl of muesli and rice milk.
Cup of herbal tea.
Lunch
An inch thick slice of poached salmon.
Mixed salad of green beans, tomatoes & spring onion.
A few chopped up nuts and raisins.
A whole grated carrot, and the whole topped with a heaped spoonful of superfood salad paste (click here).
Tall glass of filtered water.
No capsules of slimming formula.
Mid-afternoon snack
A tall glass of Lean Protein Plus mixed with filtered water.
Evening meal (see picture above)
A grilled vegetarian burger.
A handful of steamed wholemeal rice.
Chopped up green beans and cherry tomatoes.
A bed of lettuce leaves and shredded carrot.
Add some sprouted seeds and beans.
A glass of water.
Late snack (if necessary)
none

Other
During the day I also drank a few other glasses of water.
Exercise - none
