A glass of 50% apple juice and 50% filtered water mixed with a heaped
teaspoon of

An inch thick slice of poached salmon.
Mixed salad of green beans, tomatoes & spring onion.
A few chopped up nuts and raisins.

A handful of steamed wholemeal rice.
