Breakfast
A small bowl of muesli.
Two scrambled egg whites & herbs.
A small slice of wholemeal bread.
A cup of herb tea.
Two capsules of slimming formula.

Small tin of tuna.
Mixed salad of lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, & green peppers.
A few chopped up nuts and raisins.
Tall glass of filtered water.
Two capsules of slimming formula.

I could easily have missed doing some exercise today. I didn't feel like doing much as work was a bit tiring. However, I forced myself to do some. Just half an hour. It made all the difference. Self determination is important and doing some exercise, especially when I didn't really feel like it felt great afterwards."
Tip - "Even when you don't always feel like doing something, such as exercise etc., you will reap the rewards when you make yourself do some."
