BackgroundWe wanted a volunteer who was a little overweight, someone who needed to "lose a bit of weight". This was done so that more people could associate with our demonstration and see the benefits of losing even a little weight. If we had chosen someone extremely overweight and showed them losing many stones in the 30 days then it would perhaps have been less believable. So we wanted an average person and this program works for both males and females. The program works and results can be achieved surprisingly quickly. However, anyone can do this program, even people who are very overweight. The principles of the program apply to all ages, shapes and sizes. The program is simple and is enjoyable to follow. It is so good that you can easily stick to it for as long as you want. This is important as a "fad" diet is a waste of time as they are difficult to stick to. Colin decided to do the program initially for 30 days to be a good test. Start of program:

I was delighted to beat this target and I lost 12 pounds in 30 days and feel so much healthier.
Because I have enjoyed the program so much I will do it for longer. I can realistically see that I can reach my longer term goal of getting into my old jeans which have a 32 inch waist!
