After 30 days there has been a great improvement.

Here are back shots of Colin. The first was taken on 6th August after 30 days on the program. The second picture was taken on day 1.

Notice the quite dramatic reduction in fat around the waist,
back of the arms and around the shoulder blades.

There is a bit more to go but the results after 30 days are excellent.
